nestled in a canopied, lush setting overlooking Old
Tampa Bay.

During installation and between "cloud bursts,"
Hal runs back to view and signal the exact placement of the stainless steel heron before the final weld. This major
work fronts, and was designed to be viewed from, highly travelled U.S. Highway 19.
